LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Funeral arrangement have been made for Frankfort resident Norman Kiper, who died after a tragic accident at the Bill Collins Ford dealership Monday.

Visitation for Kiper is Thursday from 1 to 6 p.m. at the First Church of God off Hwy. 127 in Frankfort with the funeral is immediately following at 6 p.m.

The Lacount Taylor Johnson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Kiper was killed while he sat at his desk near the service area of Bill Collins Ford in the 4200 block of Bardstown Road.  Another employee of the dealership was bringing in a handicapped-equipped car into the service center when he accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brake.  The car momentarily pinned Kiper against his desk.
