LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer has received 80,000 ideas since his Vision Louisville initiative began over the summer. But how many of those ideas will come into reality?
The Vision Louisville initiative is entering phase three where ideas will be put into three categories: short-term, midterm and Long-term.
Those involved met on Tuesday, Dec. 3, to discuss ideas like a swimming lake in the Portland neighborhood and zip lines across the Ohio River. The area with the most responses is transportation.
WHAS11’s Joe Arnold has more will have more on the initiative coming up in the evening news.
