A local family was already upset the man suspected of being involved in their loved one's murder was able to bond out of jail this winter.

Then last week he was arrested again on an assault charge.
The administrative office of the courts is reviewing what happened at Judge King's arraignment.
The Frankfort office is looking to see if Judge King was given information about Gary Lindsey junior's pending murder charge before she set his bond.
