UPS employee facing theft charges

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- An employee at UPS in Louisville is facing charges after police say she stole two smartphones while on the job.

Tomesia Coleman, 18, told police she had stolen a gold iPhone 5S off the line at UPS as well as a Google Nexus.

The phones' value was $1,000.

Coleman admitted that she had sold the iPhone for $80.

She was charged with theft.
