(WHAS11) -- UPS Worldport in Louisville is nearly as busy as Santa's workshop this week.
UPS employees are working extra hours and shifts to send 120 million packages worldwide before Christmas, including an estimated 900,000 on Christmas Eve.
Tuesday is the busiest online request day for UPS.com and the busiest ground shipment day.
Thursday is the busiest air delivery day. Between 70-80 flights will fly around the world with packages on this day, which is double the number of flights on usual days.
