(NEWS RELEASE) -- On Dec. 20, 2012 Officers from the Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force with the Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Department and the Kentucky State Police and KSP DESI West executed a search warrant in the 6100 block of High Plains Road in Breckinridge County discovering 40 pounds of marijuana and $28,708.
Police arrested two Hispanic males: 42-year-old Chaidez Hernandez and Jorge A. Resendiz.
Both subjects were arrested and lodged in the Breckinridge County Detention Center and charged with Trafficking in Marijuana over 5lbs, a Class C Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Class A Misdemeanor.
