Christopher Nyborg, 21, and Danielle Nyborg, 22, are charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and wanton endangerment.
That arrest happened Sunday when someone saw them leave the house without the kids and called police. Officers found a two-year-old and an 11-month-old alone inside.
Police tell us the couple came home five to ten minutes later and were arrested.
The children have been placed in CPS custody.
