LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police have arrested two people accused of having narcotics in their home with a small child.
Police say they were given permission by Pamela Sanders and John Clark to search a residence in the 7000 block of Preston Highway Wednesday afternoon. Once inside, they found several objects commonly used with methamphetamine and heroin. They say found spoons with burnt bottoms, scales, baggies, and used syringes in the home.
After looking further, they found four tightly wrapped bundles of, what they suspect to be, heroin. They also found, what is believed to be, methamphetamine in the home.
Police say the small child could have easily accessed the drugs.
Both Sanders and Clark are now facing drug charges and Sanders is also facing one count of child endangerment.
