LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Protests turn to arrests at Louisville's Seelbach Hotel Wednesday.  The Environmental Protection Agency is holding hearings at the hotel on coal ash and whether to designate it as a hazardous waste. It’s an issue that's drawing spirited debate and even protests that resulted in four arrests.  Protestors then marched from the hotel to LG&E. WHAS11's Melanie Kahn has the story in the video.
