(WHAS 11)--This weekend, thousands of people will be at the KFC Yum Center to hear the teaching of one man.
The Dalai Lama will be in Louisville talking about compassion and non-violence.
But long before the visit hundreds of Louisville residents of many faiths have been working behind the scenes to spread the message to as many people as possible.
A festival of faiths is being held in conjunction with the Dalai Lama’s visit.
School students are also learning more about the Tibetan leader who's lived in exile since the 1950's.
