RISING SUN, Ind. (AP) -- Authorities say a 17-year-old is being held in the death of his 10-year-old brother, whose body was found in a wooded area behind a school in Rising Sun. Indianapolis television station WISH says the teen was arrested Sunday, shortly after an Ohio County sheriff's deputy found the body of Conner Conley behind an elementary school in the southeastern Indiana community of 2,300. Investigators believe the fifth-grader died elsewhere and his body was moved. A detention hearing was held Tuesday for the 17-year-old, who faces an initial felony charge of battery causing serious bodily injury. Investigators are still calling the case a death investigation. The 17-year-old is being held at the Juvenile Detention Center in Lawrenceburg pending an initial court hearing Friday. ------ Information from: WISH-TV, http://www.wishtv.com/ (Copyright 2009 by The Associated Press.
