Police say they've arrested a suspect in the fatal shooting of a convenience store clerk during a robbery in Owensboro.
They say 27-year-old Brock Antonio Hanley was arrested around 8:30 p.m. Monday night in Louisville's Newburg Neighborhood. Police believed he may have travelled to Louisville because he had family here.
Survellience video showed Hanley allegedly shoot 46-year-old Suba Singh during a robbery early Monday morning at the Bon Harbor Shell on U.S. 60.
Singh called 911 to report the shooting and was taken to the hospital where he died from a single gunshot wound to his abdomen.
