LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS) -- A Louisville man was arraigned Thursday morning on murder charges after an accident that killed a motorcyclist.
David Gurley is being held on a $750,000 bond.
According to police, he had a blood alcohol level that was nearly four times the legal limit when he hit and killed Gerald Goldsmith on Dixie Highway earlier this month.
Goldsmith, a Marine for nearly 20 years, was killed while returning home from a 'Toys for Tots' motorcycle ride.
Gurley is due back in court in January.
