LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A woman who investigators say set up a murder for hire plot against her ex-husband is set to go to trial in the spring.
Elizabeth Stakelbeck appeared in court Thursday morning.
This week, investigators released video recordings that they say show her asking an undercover FBI agent to kill her ex-husband and his current wife.
Stakelbeck, though, has pleaded not guilty for solicitation for murder.
Stakelbeck is being held on $250 thousand bond
At a hearing scheduled for next week, she will ask for it to be reduced.
Her trial is set for April 14.
