LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – A special prosecutor may be called in to decide the fate of UofL Policeman and Metro Council Member David James.
James was a University of Louisville police officer when he was elected to Metro Council but state law says a person may not hold both a state and county sworn office.

And if so, which position he'd have to give up.
