BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WHAS11) – A jury has acquitted a southern Kentucky man who was accused of killing his two-year-old son by letting him drink drain cleaner.
Bryan Daniels was acquitted yesterday in Bowling Green.
The jury deliberated for nearly 7 hours.
Prosecutors say Daniels was impaired and left a coffee cup containing drain cleaner where his son, Kayden, could reach it.
However, Daniels’ attorney says his client didn’t realize what was in the cup.
