Snoddy sentenced to 25 years for killing motorcyclist

OLDHAM COUNTY (WHAS11)—The man who pled guilty to killing a motorcyclist after speeding away from police was sentenced Friday.

Nicholas Snoddy was sentenced Friday morning to 25 years in prison.

Police said Snoddy was fleeing from officers in June of 2012 when he crossed into on-coming traffic and hot a motorcyclist head-on.

The motorcyclist died of his injuries two months later.
