(WHAS11) -- A Trigg County, Kentucky Sheriff's Deputy was not injured when his cruiser hit a pole while driving on interstate 65 Tuesday afternoon.
Kentucky State Police dispatch says that deputy, whose name has not been released, was headed northbound on I-65 when he or she lost control and struck a pole at the Elizabethtown exit.
We're told traffic was moving slowly through the area and that the interstate was never fully shutdown.
No one was injured.
