LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville mother was arrested on multiple charges after police say she was driving under the influence with her 10-year-old daughter in the car.

Shannon Marcum, 35, was pulled over by police for speeding. According to the police report, she was traveling at a speed of 90 miles per hour.

The report says Marcum's 10-year-old daughter was in the front passenger seat of the vehicle and was not wearing a seat belt. According to the report, the daughter said she was afraid for her life. The daughter also told police her mother was drinking and driving crazy all over the road.

According to the report, Marcum refused to take a sobriety test. The daughter was picked up by Marcum's sister.

Marcum has been charged with speeding, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first degree wanton endangerment and several unknown violations.
