CHARLESTOWN, Ind. (WHAS11) -- A Greater Clark County Schools teacher is now out of a job after he allegedly had marijuana and a large amount of cash at school.
Tuesday night the GCCS Board of School Trustees approved the superintendent's recommendation to fire Kevin Hennegan.
Earlier in January Hennegan had submitted his resignation, but the board denied it.
Hennegan was arrested in December after police said they found marijuana and drug paraphernalia on him at the school.
Hennegan was teaching at Charlestown Middle School.
