(WHAS11) -- One third of Louisville’s Extreme Park is being relocated because of the Ohio River Bridges Project and Sept. 24 was the public's first chance to have their say about it.
The city is spending about $3 million to do change the park, which is about triple what it cost to build the park new.
Plans call for rebuilding the bathrooms, a bowl, and the full pipe closer to the corner of Witherspoon and Clay.
A public meeting on the project was scheduled for Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Cyril Allgeier Community Center on Cadillac Court.
A second meeting will hopefully decide the design of the park. The date has yet to be determined.
