CLARKSVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) -- A piece of history is being torn down in Clarksville.
The Psychomania Theater of Terror near the Green Tree Mall was destroyed by fire in February.
Owner Bill Granger says the damage was too severe to repair, so the building needs to come down.
Granger says the space will likely be used as a parking lot.
Before it became a haunted house in 2008 the building was the Green Tree Four Cinemas.
It was built in the 1960s as the Translux Movie House.
