LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Prosecutors will seek the death penalty against a Louisville man accused of killing two people in a home owners association meeting.
Mahmoud Hindi was back in court Friday morning for a pre-trial hearing. He is accused of opening fire during a Spring Creek Homeowners Association meeting in September at Springdale Community Church in east Louisville.
Police say Hindi had a history of disputes with the homeowner's association about a driveway and a fence.
Hindi is being held without bond at metro corrections. He is due back in court in January.
