LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville man has been charged with raping a 13-year-old girl. Police say that Eli Perez-Hernandez gave the teenager alcohol and when she became sick, he assaulted her. Police are looking for him.
The incident happened last month, but a grand jury just indicted Perez-Hernandez.
