LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – The man who was shot and killed on Fegenbush Lane on July 14 was identified by a coroner on Tuesday.

The coroner said 49-year-old James Scott Tolle, of Jeffersonville, Ind., died from a gunshot wound to the chest.

Louisville Metro Police arrested 54-year-old Anthony Jecker early Tuesday morning in connection to the shooting. Police said Jecker shot and killed Tolle during an argument at the Manor Brook Apartment complex on Fegenbush Lane.

Police say the shooting may have stemmed over an electric bill.

Jecker is charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence.

After speaking with some neighbors throughout the neighborhood, police said  Tolle was a landlord at the apartment complex .

Jecker was in court for arraignment on July 15.
