HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- Police have found the remains of a missing southwestern Kentucky man about 10 days after he was last seen.
Muhlenberg County Coroner Tony Armour told The Kentucky New Era (http://bit.ly/11CzSOX ) authorities found the body of 26-year-old Justin Michael Wheeler of Elkton off Ky. 601 in Greenville on Sunday afternoon.
Armor said the body had been there several days, but authorities won't know exactly how long until an autopsy is complete. The cause of death wasn't immediately clear.
Wheeler was reported missing and was last seen at 10:30 p.m. March 14 in Greenville.
Local police had been looking for him.
Wheeler's body has been sent to Madisonville for an autopsy.
An investigation is pending.
