Police call the attempted robbery of two victims a set up.
Three men and one woman are charged with complicity to assault Monday night.
Investigators say they invited two victims to a party in January where a juvenile in a mask showed up and began beating the victims in the head with a crowbar.
The victims were able to fight back and thwart the robber away.
Police are still looking for that suspect.
