LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police arrested a man for robbery after an incident at the First Capital Bank on Bardstown Road.
According to a police report Ronny Stutes, 49, went to the bank at 6512 Bardstown Road on Nov. 5 and demanded cash.
The report says soon after receiving the cash the Stutes fled the scene in a stolen vehicle.
Police say he was driving a silver Ford Escape. An investigation is still in process.
Stutes has been charged with second degree robbery and receiving stolen property.
