3 arrested, accused of beating 4th Street Live employee

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Louisville Metro Police have arrested three men accused of badly beating a Fourth Street Live staff member.

Officers say 21-year-olds Leon Wolney and Bobby Curbin along with 27-year-old Christopher Wolney tried to sneak into Fourth Street Live early Sunday morning through an exit.

When a staff member confronted the trio, police say the suspects knocked him to the ground and kicked him repeatedly.

All three men are charged with second degree assault and disorderly conduct.

The victim was taken to University Hospital for treatment.
