(WHAS11) -- A Meade County, Ky. man is in jail charged with drunk driving after an accident that seriously injured a Hardin County man.
The accident happened on North Long Grove Road, two miles west of Cecilia in Hardin County.
Police say a pickup driven by Joseph Grimes went off the road, over corrected, hit a rock embankment then overturned several times.
John Grimes, 32, was ejected. He was taken to University Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Joseph Grimes was not injured. He was sent to the Hardin County jail and is facing several charges including DUI and Wanton Endangerment.
