LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Louisville police arrested an Ohio man after they say he urinated in a public place while intoxicated.
According to a police report, David Bahena, 38, approached officers in an "aggressive manner" during a trouble run. Bahena had a strong odor of alcohol and would not follow officer's commands.
Bahena told officers he had to urinate but police told him to hold it. The report says Bahena walked over to a vehicle, exposed his private parts and urinated.
Bahena is facing charges of alcohol intoxication and indecent exposure.
