LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- An arrest over the weekend has a Louisville man facing burglary charges.
According to a police report, witnesses called police after they observed a man trying to open windows at a building in the 2200 block of Bank Street. Witnesses said when the man could not gain entry to the building through the windows he then climbed to the roof.
When officers arrived at the scene they said they observed 35-year-old Phillip J. Earhart trying to pull off vents so he could enter the building.
