LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A man recently arrested after police said he was huffing Reddi-wip in aisle of a Louisville grocery store is in trouble with the law again.
James Crittenden was arrested Saturday. According to the police report, Crittenden went in to the restroom of the Speedway on Brownsboro Road and lit one of the toilet seats on fire.
Employees at Speedway said Crittenden claimed to have set the fire because of religious reasons.
Police caught up with Crittenden near the Kroger next to the Speedway. Police said Crittenden's eyes were bloodshot and he smelled of alcohol. They also said he was screaming obscenities and threatened officers.
Crittenden is charged with arson, disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication.
