(WHAS 11) -- A Louisville man was arrested after police say he was drunk and harassing employees of a Baxter Avenue gas station.
Officers were called to the Speedway in the 1100 block of Baxter around 5:00 Tuesday morning. They say they found Thomas Humphreys riding a bike down Baxter Avenue, but could barely keep his balance because he was intoxicated.
When officers approached Humphreys, he reportedly told them "I would have you take me to Bowman Field and not jail, but I'm in no condition to fly planes right now."
