LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - - A Louisville man is facing charges, after he allegedly exposed himself in the JCPenny department store at Jefferson Mall.
Jacolby Hamilton was arrested around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
JCPenny security saw him walking up behind women in the store, committing the lewd acts.
When confronted, Hamilton allegedly ran from security officers and a sheriff's deputy.
He was tracked down at another store on the Outer Loop and arrested.
Hamilton's charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and evading police.
