Police: Louisville man charged with DUI, location of arrest was the surprise

(WHAS11) Police said they have charged a Louisville man with drinking and driving, but it’s where they caught him that was a surprise.
Sterling Neal, III, 44, was arrested for DUI at Shawnee Park Wednesday night. Police said Neal was watching young cheerleaders at the park as they practiced, but didn’t know anyone on the squad.
Police said when Neal got out of the vehicle, his pants were undone and he admitted he had been drinking.
