LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS) -- Residents of the Pleasant Ridge Community in Charlestown, Indiana are upset after a meeting was held regarding the state of their neighborhood without any homeowner present or invited.
That meeting was improper under Indiana law. Now, the mayor has sent letters inviting all homeowners in the neighborhood to attend another meeting.
This meeting is open only to homeowners. This excludes media and many city council members. Because of this, the meeting does not have to be public.
