(WHAS11) - An investigation is underway in Oldham County after a man was hit and killed by a train.
It happened around 9 a.m. Friday at Kentucky 22 and Kentucky 146 in Crestwood.
Police say the gates were down, the signals were flashing and the train's horn blew before the accident.
Police believe the victim suffered from a medical disorder that possibly contributed to the accident.
