LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville man is facing charges after police said he took items from two home improvement stores without paying for the merchandise.
Tommie Grundy, 30, is charged with theft by unlawful taking and engaging in organized crime.
According to a warrant of arrest document, Grundy, along with four others, stole merchandise from Lowes and Home Depot, then returned the merchandise and received gift cards.
