LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- One man was rushed to the hospital overnight after a fire in South Louisville.

The fire broke out around 11 p.m. Sunday in a mobile home at a park in the 4400 block of Taylor Boulevard near Iroquois High School.

When firefighter arrived on the the mobile home was engulfed by flames.

"As we opened the curtain to the back door we seen about 20-30 foot flames way up there. So, we grabbed my daughter, in my bedroom of course, and we come running around the corner and by that time the fire department was out there but flames were way, way up there," neighbor Timothy Paul said.

One person was inside when the fire broke out. He was transported to University Hospital with serious burns, firefighter said.
