LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Louisville Fire and Rescue crews working a fire on S. Second Street were called out to another scene in the 2500 block of Bolling Avenue early Tuesday morning.
While crews were battling the Second Street blaze, some firefighters were pulled from that scene to respond to another fire in West Louisville.

Both fires broke out after 1:30 a.m. and firefighters said the dangerously cold temperatures are making their job difficult.
"With the extreme conditions, it made firefighting very difficult but they were able to control the fire within 26 minutes," Maj. Chris Floyd, Louisville Fire and Rescue, said.
Floyd said the homeowner was able to make it out of the structure safely and no firefighters were injured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
