(WHAS11) -- Two new civil lawsuits have been filed against the Louisville Metro Public Works Department and former director Ted Pullen.
One employee claims Pullen made unwanted sexual advances toward her that included kissing and hugging.
That employee complained to her supervisor. The supervisor says when she confronted Pullen about the accusations her job was eliminated. The employee wants Pullen to face a criminal trial on sexual harassment charges.
The supervisor is suing to get her position back or one comparable to it.
Pullen resigned in late August amid allegations and claims that Pullen was discriminatory when hiring or promoting employees.
