JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) -- New businesses are moving into the River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville.

America Place will break ground Wednesday afternoon at this site on Trey Street.

It's a three phase project. The first phase is 150,000 square feet of warehouse space, allowing for businesses to relocate to Southern Indiana.

We've also learned Standard Register is moving into River Ridge, bringing 360 new jobs by 2016 and investing $10 million.  The communications and analytics solutions provider is opening a new digital print and distribution center. It's expected to open up this summer.
