LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The 20-year-old Kentucky woman that was reported missing by her family was spotted at the Las Vegas report late Friday afternoon, according to police.
Security guards at the resort contacted her mother after she approached them and said she seemed confused and scared.
Chisholm's family last saw her at her home in Florence, Kentucky Dec. 19. She had told them she was coming to Las Vegas, but they expected her back in time for a doctor's appointment, but she never returned.
Tina Chisholm also says her daughter lost her phone while traveling between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. She also lost the keys to her car and her dog.
She credited the media with helping find her daughter.
Her family tracked her trek across the country by using the GPS on her phone.
Her family became even more concerned when her dog Chamber was found at a hotel near Mandalay Bay. Family and friends said she was devoted to the dog and didn't travel without him.
