(WHAS11) -- The Louisville Metro Council has canceled the final pre-trial hearing conference in the ethics trial of Councilwoman Judy Green.
Tuesday was the deadline for Green to deliver subpoenaed documents, which she did not provide.
Her attorney had previously requested a delay due to Green's health. She says she's suffered from an undisclosed illness in the aftermath of the accusations.
The council is scheduled to move forward with an expulsion hearing on Monday. If they vote against her she would be barred from running in the special election for her seat.
Judy green is accused of violating the city's ethics code in her handling of a summer jobs program.
