(WHAS11) – Metro Animal Services say they've made an arrest in a recent case of animal cruelty.
The agency says they arrested Eric Jones Thursday night. He is charged with animal cruelty and torture.
Metro Animal Service say he owned a beagle, which was found on Aug. 24 with a collar duct taped to its neck that had become embedded inside its skin.
On Wednesday Metro Animal Services released pictures of three different animal abuse cases that happened in August.
They made another arrest Wednesday night in a different abuse case.
