LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A man has been indicted in connection with a deadly hit and run accident on Grade Lane.
A grand jury indicted David Orr on a felony charge of tampering with evidence and a misdemeanor charge of failure to stop and render aid.
Police say Orr was the driver who hit Travis Christy while he was riding his bike on Grade Lane. Christy was later found dead in a ditch.
