Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11)- Gregory O'Bryan, the Louisville man charged with murdering a Sullivan University student, is back in court Friday.
He is accused of killing 18-year-old Andrew Compton, whose body was never found.
O'Bryan's trial is set to begin in April, but defense attorneys have said they do not think they will be ready.
