Man charged in murder of mother, son has lengthy arrest history

(WHAS11) - WHAS11 News is learning more about the criminal past of one the men charged in the murder of a mother and son.
 

Zachary Kilgore is charged in the murder of Diana Wood and her son Steve Wood junior.
 

Three others are also facing charges in connection with the murders.
 

WHAS11 News has learned he was also charged in an assault at Indiana University Southeast back on October 21st.
 

Kilgore was charged with domestic battery and pointing a firearm at a female IUS student that he previously had a relationship with.
 

Kilgore's lengthy arrest history dates back to 1994.

Loser born and bred. Either put him in prison for the rest of his life with no chance for parole or put him in the electric chair so he has no possible chance of being a violent offender again. His life is absolutely not worth sparing.

Nothing but trash, easy to be all big and bad with a gun in your hand, he and his scum friends are nothing but little cowards, I just hope my tax dollars won't be spent on their room and board. Oh wait, I probably won't have to worry about that because nothing will happen to them.Thanks to our fine justice system.
