LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – A Louisville man faces charges after police say he intentionally set fire to his apartment using a bible.

23-year-old Ramon Francis was arrested Sunday morning for a fire that happened in May at his apartment on West St. Catherine Street.
